Request for submission of quotation for Water Purification
System regarding-
Dear Sir,
This Directorate intends to procure one unit
of Water Purification System under AINP-Biofertilizer
Project following GOI Norms by Limited Tender Enquiry.
You are requested to submit your quotation as
per standard bidding documents (attached herewith) and as per
specifications given in a sealed cover superscribing “Tender
for Water Purification System” and “Due on 21.12.2011”.
Please remember that procurement will be made on single bid
system (technical and financial together).
You are required to submit an Earnest Money
Deposit (EMD) for Rs. 8000.00 (eight thousand) in the
form of Crossed DD/Bankers Cheque/FRD drawn in favour of
“Director, DGR, Junagadh” payable at Junagadh.
Please remember that bid received after
due date and time will be not be accepted. You are also required
to return the duly filled and signed standard bidding documents.
Your offer should reach this office latest
by 21.12.2011 on or before 15.00 hours.
Kindly adhere to all the instructions
given in the standard bidding documents for submission of bids.
